A-to Z Claiims Customer Refused Delivery Amazon Refunded the amount to Customer
I've been experiencing a scams from buyers on Amazon. In my case, it's clear that the buyer is attempting fraud, yet the support and claims department seem to always side with the buyer, leaving sellers like myself vulnerable. Has anyone found effective ways to deal with this issue, or any strategies to present cases that make Amazon support take seller concerns more seriously? Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated!
I shipped an order to a customer, and the parcel was held because the customer initially refused to pay the customs duty.
To resolve the issue, I paid the customs duty on the customer's behalf as a goodwill gesture. Despite this, the customer still refused to accept the delivery.
The customer then requested a refund, first citing a size issue, and later claimed it was due to the material, even though they never received the parcel.
I provided the customer with a return label and asked them to send the parcel back to my return address to process the refund, but the customer is not responding.
Despite my efforts, Amazon refunded the customer.
