Account re-verification - please help
In order to re-verify the account I have been asked to upload a tax document.
I am happy to do this but I cannot find where to upload it. In the message it asked me to:
- Go to the “Identity information” section of Seller Central.
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/SSR/BusinessKYCInfo/spaDashboard - Follow the prompts to upload the required document.
- Click “Save” and “Submit for verification”.
The only place on this page that you can upload a document is at the bottom in the power of attorney section. It says:
Power of Attorney should be on a business letter head containing business name and Point of Contact name as provided while registering. A sample can be found on the help page.
Document should be signed by legal representative of business.
Document should have been issued on or after 25 Nov 2022
You can upload a document here but it appears that it wants a power of attorney letter. Shall I upload my tax document here?

Upload either the recent letter from hmrc telling you its time to submit your tax return or, call them and ask for a utr confirmation letter
Others have had this recently and its the hmrc letter

I uploaded my tax document and then received this message back:

I had the exact same issue last month just upload your HMRC document in the space for power of attorney of letter
