Address Verification step from INFORM Consumer Law
In updating my address on Amazon as soon I have a new address for business, Amazon is required to send a post card with a verification code. The first post card with the code was never sent out and they deactivated my account. I requested a second card, and it is now days since it was dispatched and still is not in transit. The only thing they say is to request another post card if this one is not received in 7-8 days, so that you can reactivate your account. Has anyone else experienced this? It doesn't seem right that Amazon requires you to enter a code provided by them within 10 days, but Amazon is failing to send a post card with the code.

Hello @Tekkerz,
Thank you for reaching out here on the forums.
" I requested a second card, and it is now days since it was dispatched and still is not in transit."
So that I am able to assist you the best, can you share what the estimated date for delivery is and if it has moved into the "in transit" stage as of yet? Once I receive this information I will be able to pass this over to the appropriate teams for further review.
I am looking forward to your response and assisting you from here. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
