Amazon have deactivated my seller account claiming that I have started more than one account (I have not). I have clicked on "reactivate your account" a few times and tried to convince them that I have not started more than one account but every time I do so I get an automated reply saying "You have not provided enough information. Please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation". What sort of evidence are they looking for? And what documentation? I also do not see how to submit documentation, so can anybody tell me where I should attach it? Thanks in anticipation.

@Seller_RlZVPg3d6ZUGPis making a good point. Have you checked if the block of the account is coming from another region? I can see a block in the NA region where most likely you will need to make an IPI verification.
I would suggest you to contact directly AHS in NA and ask for further details.
