Not a lot really, amazon already ask them to leave feedback and reviews
There are 3rd party apps but these have been known to get some sellers into trouble
Look on here and you’ll see many sellers reporting feedback to sales as roughly 0.1 to 3 % of orders

Try “Request a review” button on each order page. Basically, the best legal allowed thing you can do.

No feedback for last 9 months, I think customers give up because every company sends emails for feedback, I get fed up and don’t give one back

Don’t worry about it.
I’m FBM and this year I’ve has 2,930 sales and just 22 feedback !!!
on eBay I’ve had 963 sales and 318 feedback, think its just an Amazon thing

Don’t ship them their orders, that should do it. 
Joking aside, just provide the best service you can. Buyers on Amazon are know to not leave FB, many sellers get just 1% or so leaving it.
