BUY SHIPPING ADJUSTMENT REIMBURSEMENT
We opened a case with Amazon, Case ID 16651826021, where we requested a reimbursement of the $4.99 adjustment that we were charged for a FedEx buy shipping label. Amazon responded to our case stating that the $4.99 is not reimbursable, and that we need to contact FedEx directly on behalf of this issue. They are also claiming that the dimensions we entered may have not been verifiable through APV, but FedEx reported matching dimensions. Can we please have an Amazon representative review this issue??

I apologize for the wrong information you received: any disputes of carrier adjustments must be submitted to Amazon support, who will review and escalate as needed.
In this case, the FedEx carrier-audited dimensions for the package were larger than the original label information. Amazon Buy Shipping does not always display the updated FedEx dimensions and weight. However, FedEx does show their dimensions as part of the available tracking details, and the measurements (and rate) were slightly larger.
