Why is buyer allowed to leave Negative Feedback before Delivery Period has even begun ????
The delivery date for Order ID 114-3972781-0244267 is between 29 May and 11 June.
Buyer left us a Negative Feedback saying "ITEM NEVER ARRIVED" on 18th May.
Can someone please explain why was this idiot allowed to leave such a feedback ?
1. Is it our fault if the buyer is illiterate and cannot read the delivery dates given by Amazon?
2. Is it our fault if Amazon lets the buyer leave a Negative Feedback before the delivery window has even begun.
3. Is it our fault if Amazon is stupid enough to even give the buyers the capability to leave a feedback before the last delivery date has passed?
4. Is it our fault if Amazon cannot see that this feedback needs to be removed because it talks about INR even though the delivery date is more than 10 - 20 days away?
5. Is it our fault if the buyer did NOT contact us at all before leaving this feedback?

I am so sick of idiotic Amazon buyers and even more moronic Amazon employees for doing nothing about it....that I have begun to follow only 1 policy in life now....every single thing I ever buy on Amazon or other websites, I give the seller of that product / service, a Negative Review.....doesn't matter whether the experience was good or bad....I just spread more and more negativity, thanks to Amazon !!!!!

Because Amazon has conditioned buyers to expect delivery in 2 days whether it's an FBA/Prime or FBM item. Most don't understand the difference.
And it's also possible that the buyer meant to leave the feedback for another order.
If you want to, you could respond to the buyer and mention that they may have left feedback for the wrong seller because what they bought from you is still on it's way (include the delivery window screenshot). Just be nice about it. And provide a link on how to remove feedback should they wish to.

You can click delete feedback in dashboard, if the automaticly procedure is not success, you can open case to claim the fact. Usually this kind of unreasonable feedback could be removed. Contact buyer to deleted feedback also is a way, but I never met a buye did that for me lol. Just swollen the pain if mentioned methods are failed.

If it makes it any better its happening to everyone, my latest issue was a client who requested a cancellation , then proceeded to rate me negatively and commented " did not receive" How this makes sense I do not know, ask me if feedback manager helped ? no, ask me if amazon forums helped, no. Amazon just does not care, the entire system is so outdated for feedback manger it's laughable. what I suspect happened to you as it happened to me is just toxic , vile competitors, there is no way around this. No one in their right mind would rate you or me like this unless they know how much feedback affects your metrics and your account health. I had a amazon forum assistant from amazon comment you should try reaching out to buyer, and I proceeded to let him know there is no option for that and if they knew their own website and faulty mechanics they'd know its in dire need of updating. Thanks to social media all these hacks or loopholes that people enjoy for content are putting families in dire situations, all bc some person saw a video on how to get away on amazon....

You know, the fact the Amazon has done nothing over the years to prevent abusive behavior by customers (it would be EASY to stop most of it if they were so inclined) tells you all you need to know about how little regard they have for their third-party sellers. Amazon is NOT a good partner IMO.

At least with feedback, if the buyer and Amazon don't help you, you can leave a public reply to the feedback. Be sure to make it very professional and giving the buyer the benefit of the doubt saying something like the order is scheduled to arrive and give the dates or something like that.
However I must remark. When was this item ordered and Why is your handling time and delivery date so far out? I mean if it was ordered the same day that they made the negative comment, that means the start of your delivery window is more than 10 days out, are you shipping from overseas or is this a handmade custom Item?
