Missing Parcel and Customer contact
I shipped a parcel 2 weeks ago using Evri on the platform, I noticed it has not been delivered and I reached out to evri, they have just told me the parcel might be missing. How do I resolve this? I tried to contact the buyer to work something out but the buttons to contact buyer is not enabled. Who has faced a similar issue and how did you resolve this? If I contact the buyer using their phone number, am I in any violations? What happens if they cant find the parcel, do I get my money back?

Firstly I wouldn't contact the buyer to tell them there is an issue with delivery. I would let them come to you.
It maybe the EVRI tracking is wrong and the buyer has received the parcel and is happy. Don't give them any idea that the parcel is missing although Amazon would probably do that for you!
Secondly if the parcel is missing then you can put a claim in with EVRI. I think the claim period is limited and if you brought through Amazon then it is not easy to claim for missing parcels.
