what si wrong
SCE HOME EUROPE is my company, and I initially applied for this Amazon Seller account with the intention to operate in the United Kingdom. During the setup process, I uploaded the required UK company information and applied specifically for a UK-based Amazon Seller account. However, due to an error on Amazon’s part, the account was registered in the United States instead, despite the company name 'SCE HOME EUROPE,' which clearly indicates a UK focus. This misregistration has led to repeated verification issues that have prevented me from reactivating the SCE HOME EUROPE account, as certain verification documents do not align with U.S. account requirements. This situation was not the result of any oversight on my part but rather an error in Amazon's account setup process.

Hi @Seller_BQXNmZdZKrme1
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.
I've reviewed your account and see that you signed up via the .com link and the .co.uk one, which is why your account was based out of the US.
Your account was deactivated on October 13th and it wasn't because you were wanting to register the account in the UK, the documents you provided aren't related to the account origin.
Please refer to the e-mail from October 13th and your performance notifications for more information.
Best,
Connor
