Account Deactivation and Ongoing Charges
My account has been deactivated, but I'm still being charged monthly. I would like to close my account, but due to the deactivation, I can’t find a way to contact customer service.
How can I appreciate your assistance in this matter? Close my account or downgrade from a professional to an individual plan to stop the charges?

Hello @Seller_EgzrVBwa6Ia6w,
Thank you for posting here on the seller forums.
I see that you would like some assistance with downgrading your account from professional to individual to eliminate monthly fees.
First, I wanted to clarify that in order to close an account, all outstanding account issues must be resolved first. If your account is currently deactivated you will not have the option to close it successfully. You can find this information in the following help page:
Now, to downgrade your account you will want to visit the account info section of your account. From there, select Selling on Amazon from the manage your services section. It will bring you to a chart where you can select individual for the stores you sell in.
Once you have attempted this, please let me know if it has worked successfully. If you run into any issues I suggest to create a case in your account and provide me with the case ID so I can review the issues in detail.
I hope you find this helpful. If you have any other questions please reach back out. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
