I’m about to order bulk teddy bears to sell via Amazon FBA in the uk, but I’ve seen lots of people having issues selling toys due to all the updates rules and extra documents Amazon require
If I show my China supplier invoice as well as the relevant CE marking on the product and have the ce certificate documents if need be would that suffice?

No it won’t
You need ukca marks too and DoC
As well as uk and EU addresses
They will also need packaging which will require its own safety warning depending on what you use
Have you actually checked you are ungated in toys as a new seller ?

It is clear from your responses in the thread that you have not done sufficient (if any) background research into the issues you raise. As a toy seller with over 40 years of experience (over 8 years here), I would urge you to go to the Seller University link provided by @Julia_Amazon and do some in depth research before you go any further. I would also urge you to to read up on the basics of FBA, not just toys.
