Shipment Delay at ABQ2 Fulfillment Center

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for some advice.

Our shipment was delivered to the ABQ2 fulfillment center on September 21. Amazon updated the status to "Checked in" on October 1st. However, it's been over 41 days now and there's been no further update. There are no units listed under the "Receiving" status.

This significant delay in processing at the ABQ2 fulfillment center is causing a lot of concern. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How did you resolve it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Hi @Seller_egSUnPBHJLlYL,

If you're willing to share the shipment ID in question I'd be happy to take a look into it and see what I can find after digging in.

Sadly, this is happening a lot lately and has been for a few years.

The FC's usually take 2-3 months for us to change the shipping status from "Transit" to "Closed".

This happens year round, NOT just because of peak season (as they claim is the reason).

We had 2 shipments that left our warehouse on 9/26, were delivered to their FC's on 10/9 and 10/10. (before the peak deadline for FBA shipments).

Amazon made the decision to re-route these 2 shipments (even though they were in "Delivered" status and were initially at their original destinations) to different FC's. Both shipped from our warehouse in IN. One shipment went to TX and the other to NJ, (the original destinations) then they were re-routed to IL and IN.

We are still waiting for them to be delivered and in the meantime we are paying Low Inventory fees on the ASIN's included in these shipments.

Best of Luck!

I have been an Amazon seller for a couple of years and has always been impressed with their logistics. Not anymore. These days I sweat bullets every time a consignment is delivered to one of their warehouse. Over the course of the last couple of months, I've picked up a couple of problematic warehouses i.e RDU4, PSC2, ABQ2, BFL2
