Shippment tracking id: "⚠ ID not recognized. Please try again."
I have a concerning issue with a recent FBA shipment I made. Approximately a week ago, I mistakenly selected USPS as the carrier when it should have been UPS. This error occurred due to a misunderstanding with the supplier. I added the correct tracking number to the shipment plan.
The problem is that my packge is on the way, the status in the shipment plan still shows "confirming tracking IDs," and the tracking ID has not been confirmed yet. I tried again and again but the tracking id is not getting confirmed, Additionally, I am unable to edit the carrier information in the shipment plan.
I am quite worried about this situation, as I fear it may cause delays or other complications. Can anyone please advise on what steps I should take to rectify this issue and ensure the correct carrier is recognized for the shipment?
