Food supplement product compliance rejected despite 100% proof
I attached full compliance request for spanish market
1) product appears in food supplements database aesan es
2) product has full compliant photos with spanish language on the boxes, ingredients list in spanish
Product compliance request team answer - product photos non compliant
this is all they respond to me 15 times
when I see
product is compliant
no way to resolve it, product wasted
