Over 50 appeals and not sure what to do now...
So it's been over 6 months now since my account has been suspended. I've spoken to at least 50 different people on Amazon about my account and appealed over 50 different times. The original story I received was that another seller edited a listing for a choking device and put the words marijuana in the description because apparently some people must use this with weed. Anyhow I got a violation for this being a restricted product in my account was suspended with all my inventory being sent back to me and my balance being withheld. Eventually my balance went from $2,000 to - $400 and I had to pay because of all of the inventory that was sent back to me one by one. The problem I'm facing is that each person that I speak to tells me something different and none of them have an actual answer for what I can do to have my account reinstated. Have provided photos of my actual items as well as screenshots to show that the exact same product is being sold on Amazon right now under at least 50 different acins. There's different brands and sellers selling the exact same product so I included that in my appeal. Also sent screenshots of the listing detail page when I had listed the product to show that when I listed it the word marijuana was not in the description at all. Not to mention that Amazon can check to see who was the person who edited the listing to change it so I really don't know why I'm suspended when they can just check who edited it. Also how am I supposed to check everyday all of my listings to make sure someone else doesn't edit them and get my account suspended again. This is completely unfair and should be a wake up call to other sellers to realize that Amazon at any point can suspend your account and completely ruin your business based on something that is completely out of your control. I've now gone over 6 months with no income from Amazon and left with all of my inventory doing absolutely nothing that had purchased specifically to sell on Amazon. Since Amazon has not provided me with any resolution or proper information as to why my account was actually suspended and what I can do I'm considering going forward with suing them for lost income as well as all the shipping fees for the products that were sent back to me. I find this entire situation ridiculously frustrating and the fact that they can't even give me a straight answer and all of the reviews of my appeals seem to be a computer-generated answer and no one is actually reading anything. If anyone has any help they can provide me for what I'm supposed to do please let me know.

Hello @Seller_QFZj46JvKEyrC
Thank you for the information provided regarding the impact to your account and the concerns with your product. I know it can be frustrating attempting to address this when you are not receiving specific feedback, so I do want to provide some insight into this to assist you.
Generally, when an account has been impacted due to the concerns of a restricted product, it will be vital to provide information and detail showing that your product is able to be sold on the platform. Would you be able to share more regarding the specific ASIN you are seeing issues with? Where did you receive the detail regarding the marijuana? How have you verified that this is the issue? Did you ever see the specific words related to this in the listing?
I would advise against including any kind of detail regarding the sale of similar products as our team is not going to take this into consideration. They will only be looking to review and verify information pertaining to your product. I would like to further review the situation to better understand what is occurring for you, so I will encourage you to share any case information or other type messaging you may have for this concern.
Best,
Atlas
