Amazon verification Nightmare !!!
Been going through a new set of account verification and as expected I am dealing with complete nonsense.
I get asked to provide the confirmation statement which gets repeatedly rejected, after a dozen queries and multiple submissions, I found out that the info they need will not be available in the confirmation statement provided by companies house.
So the verification team then says they can accept a scanned copy of the CS before it is filed. However as I expected it gets rejected with the reason being "it is not an official version from Companies house", how ironic!
I have been going back and forth with the verification team with each time a different reason for the rejection. How can I possibly deal with this stupidity?
I have thousands of pounds now stuck and a ton of stress as all my selling priviliges are revoked. How can I possibly run a business when you have to waste so much energy on some simple verification?
