How to reinstate a deactivated product after copyright image infringement?

Hello Amazon and Sellers,

I've recently had an ASIN taken down for copyright image violation. I sell trading card supplies and one of my example photos happened to have a copyright logo on a showcase/display photo of the product.

I've followed the instructions from Amazon and removed the image that had the violation.

```
2. If the listing contains a copyrighted image which does not belong to you and which you have not received permission from the rights owner to use, edit the listing to remove the unauthorized image before appealing."
Once you have updated the listing as requested above and are ready to have the listing reviewed for reactivation, notify us on your Account Health page by clicking ‘Resolve’ next to the deactivated listing and following the instructions provided
```

However, there is no "Resolve" button on my Account Health page nor do I see any violation reported under Product Policy Compliance page or any pages under Account Health.

I'm not sure if there's a technical bug that's preventing me from resolving this issue as I don't see any actionable steps on the Account Health page. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue as I've already fixed and removed the copyright image from my ASIN.

Seller Support is also unable to resolve this issue as they keep mentioning unrelated issues and are not willing to assist.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hello @Seller_dHa1Zm2Np211a,

Thanks for posting to the Forums.

If you have removed the image from the ASIN and do not see any Product Policy Compliance requests on your Account Health page, then this should mean that the compliance request has been addressed and there is no longer an issue with the compliance for the ASIN.

To verify there are no longer any open compliance requests, I would recommend contacting the Account Health Support team from within your Account Health Dashboard by using the "Call me now" button which is available 7 days a week.

Regards,

- Manny
