Brand Registry rejected from Child Account
Hello
We applied for Brand Registry in the UK through a child account, providing appropriate product images, the trademark registration document, and the manufacturer contract. However, Amazon rejected our application yesterday.
My question is: Does Amazon accept Brand Registry applications submitted from a child account?

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and to answer:
Yes, with proper documentation where the owner of the TM is explicitly granting you permission to enroll the brand.
You can find this on the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide, section 2.4 C on page 4. In addition, please review the Letter of Authorization (LOA) help page for the specifics that are needed for an LOA.
I noticed that the Brand registry support team is still communicating with you via the case ID that you shared and responded/asked a question of you about 3 hours ago so I will refrain from commenting on the specific reason why you were rejected.
