How do delete a completely unfair 'Voice of the Customer' comment.

Tried seller support with this question but answer that came back was incomprehensible. So I'll try here:

A customer bought a book which I described as having no dustjacket. She received book and left a very poor on the Voice of the Seller. I pointed out that I had said twice in block capitals NO DUSTJACKET in the listing. She agreed with me that it was her oversight. So how do I get the 'very poor' off the Voice of the Customer@?
