Amazon Charging Wrong Referral Fees
We are selling products under two categories, which are "Baby Products" and "Grocery and Gourmet".
The referral fees for "Baby Products" category needs to be;
8% for products with a total sales price of $10.00 or less, and
15% for products with a total sales price greater than $10.00
and for "Grocery and Gourmet" category they need to be;
8% for products with a total sales price of $15.00 or less, and
15% for products with a total sales price greater than $15.00

However, Amazon has been charging us 18% instead of 15% and is charging us with 10% instead of 8% for months now. And all the cases we have opened about this situation has been either left on transferred by Amazon or given insufficient/unhelpful answers. We have so far been unsuccessful at solving this major issue through the cases we have opened. What can we do about this situation?

I would like to review the issue further, would you kindly provide me with the most recent Resolved Seller Support case number you have for this issue? I would like to review the case details, as well as the products themselves to see if I could find the root cause or determine if there are options to escalate. Thank you in advance!

We've tried for almost a year to get them to correct our referral fee category.
We sell bleach tablets, but they have us in the "Tools and Home Improvement" category which is 15%. Bleach tablets have nothing to do with Tools and Home Improvement.
Amazon is shady and always keeps the sellers asking questions because they're trying to determine their costs let alone trying to figure out if Amazon is stickin it to them (most likely).
We have been getting charged 15% when it should only be 12% but they refuse to correct their mistake, as usual.
Amazon is always right and sellers are their puppets hanging on by a thread to make ends meat.
