Which Both were working 11 days after shipping the customer stated the bulb defective and don't work . She to file a a-z claim then retract it after 5 mins . She then return one bulbs that was not sold by me i tried to file a safe T claim they denied it stating " This order is not eligible for Safe t claim . only seller Fulfilled prime orders , MFN prepaid return label orders, easy ship orders VAS orders, are eligible for safe T claims"F . " So safety claim is only SELLER FULFILLED PRIME ORDERS ?"

Actually, that's not correct. You just need to read the next few words after that and then INTERPRET Amazonese into normal American English.

From the Acronyms file on the OTHER (more useful Forum):

" Fulfilled by Merchant. (Also known as MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network)…) MFN is the Amazon used term."

BUT -- Amazon has to refund, not you in order to file so NEVER refund automatically when something comes back.

Hello! @Seller_kbMLeW1cYF5Ou

Thank you for using the Forums. I wanted to follow up with your post and get clarity on the order ID, the order you posted shows as refunded by you with the reason being "no inventory", this makes it ineligible for SAFE-T claims.

Reimbursement policy for prepaid return labels in the seller-fulfilled network

"Only refunds that issued to customers by Amazon on your behalf are eligible for reimbursements. You are not eligible for reimbursement if you issued a refund to the customer. "

Thank you for your understanding,
