Account reactivated but listing still inactive.
I'm encouraged that Amazon seems to have installed a new bank account verification system. My accounts appear to finally be reactivated after 2 months. However, my most important listing is still unavailable on the public facing site. What now? How do I get this fixed? Should it update automatically? How long will it take?

Hi @Seller_BT5FuDD3hPiPb,
Thank you for your post. I understand you facing a deactivated listing after account reinstatement.
I am glad you were able to get your account reactivated. Based off the information you have provided, it seems as though the deactivation took place due to banking verification needing to take place. This account level deactivation would be unrelated to any listing deactivations. Therefore, the listing issue would still need to be addressed as it would not be related to the banking information issue you have successfully resolved.
The answer here would vary depending on the the reason for the deactivation. If you are seeing the listing as a violation on the Account Health page, please share what category in which the violation was placed. This way we can better assist you with the next steps toward reinstating the account. You would have also likely received a performance notification giving you guidance on how to reinstate the listing. Feel free to share this information here in the thread (with any personal details removed) about the issue you are facing so we may better assist you.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
