Hi, im wondering if anyone else has had issues removing a video from their listing. As amazon states, you should be able to navigate to Catalogue > Upload & Manage Videos > find the asin > click the delete button.

But since this video was uploaded before the Upload & Manage Videos section was available and we added it via a bulk upload historically, the video does not show on the Manage Videos section and therefore we are unable to remove it. I have tried raising cases about this but got nowhere. Has anyone else had this issue?

Note; we are fully brand registered and manage our own listings.
