My account has been suspended due to being associated with an account I don't recognize.
"My account has been suspended due to being associated with an account I don't recognize. I have sent all the company information and registered bank details. Identity verification has been completed, and I received an email stating I can use the account, but it is still inactive because it is linked to another account. Additionally, there have been no sales on my account yet. I mentioned that I don’t intend to create another similar account, but they say they don’t have enough information. I don’t have any other information about my account or company. I don’t know what to do. Can you help me?"

There are dozens of threads in this forum on linked accounts so I suggest you do a search and read the other sellers' experiences and advice. Here are a few to get you started:
Need help to get back seller account
Amazon won't offer you any details on how they linked you with the other account. This is something you'll need to work through yourself, then appeal.
FYI, It's not easy coming back from this type of deactivation, especially when you don't recognize the related account.

Hello @Seller_NcEJukSZ9Pmo3,
Thank you and thank you again @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ. The information about related or linked accounts is vast and I will share some information in this post.
Bottom line is, if you have an account, and that account becomes deactivated, it will in turn, deactivate every account it is related to or shares information with. Sometimes both accounts belong to the same Seller, but many times the account causing the trouble is unknown to you.
The best way to begin your investigation is with the Performance Notification. It will tell you the name of the other seller (in most cases). If you recognize the name, you have a starting point.
These situations will occur when information used to create or manage the account is found in another store that is no longer eligible to sell on amazon. If you do not own another account, you may have shared information with another seller on amazon.
- Do you have any friends, family or business partners who currently sell, or previously sold on amazon? Have you ever hired anyone to manage, or set up your account in any fashion? Do you have any employees or staff with access to your devices or seller central account?
- Have you noticed any unauthorized charges? Are you a victim of account compromise or identity theft? If so you will need to prove you reported and resolved this issue.
- Does anyone else have financial interest in your account, like an investor?
- Have you purchased inventory from another seller or business that partners with Amazon sellers? (Not a regular supplier)
To reactivate your account, you must appeal from the Account Health Page. Each appeal will be different depending on the reason for the relationship.
For example, if the related account belongs to a former employee, the appeal will be different than if you hired a 3rd party to set up or work on your account and that caused the relationship.
More information for review:
For information related just to this account, please provide the Performance Notification (do not include any personal information) AND begin answering the questions above.
I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the forums.
