Why is it taking so long to check-in delivered small parcel?

Why is the following (FBA18TT5RL33) taking so long to check-in? It is a small parcel and it is well beyond the "up to 4 days check-in window". Is there something going? Is march a "peak period" because i dont understand the lenghty check-in time.

Could you please confirm if there is an open Seller Support Case ID on this issue? If so, can you please confirm the Case ID associated with this request?
As a reminder, you can view shipments events, tracking, contents, and any potential problems of all shipments by clicking on the menu button > Inventory > Shipments > Shipments Summary.
Following this path, it appears there is an issue with confirming the tracking ID of box #2 on this shipment. We will need a valid tracking number (supplied by the carrier). It cannot be blank or duplicated, and we will validate this in order to confirm the shipment. Common best practices for Tracking ID inputs can be seen below:
- Enter the tracking ID correctly.
- Do not leave the tracking information blank.
- Do not enter special characters, such as punctuation, which our system cannot recognize in the tracking information. This includes misspelled carrier name or shipping services.
- Do not enter Chinese or special characters.
