I asked for help and now I have MORE PROBLEMS! My variation family got split up.
I created a listing for my product in 2022 that I manufacture & have fulfilled by Amazon. I am Brand Registered. Recently on one of the items I have under a parent listing, I found that the size of one my variations had been changed... but not by me.
I received a reply that did not make sense and fixed nothing, but the real kicker is... my two variations are now separate listings! Which means one size has 66 reviews and the other has ONE. I see this as being a hindrance to potential customers, as well. I lose, but so does Amazon.
I've reopened my case multiple times & keep getting the generic replies that have nothing to do with what I'm asking for help with. I complied with their requests for additional information and manufacturer links. My last response gave me information on how to create a listing with variations. I did that two years ago. Do I need to cancel one listing and THEN add that variation back to where it belongs?
How do I get support to actually support me and fix this? I have been registered with Brand Registry for a couple of years and have a trademark on all of my products. Does anyone have an Amazon team member they can go to when "help" is not helping?
