Listing Removed From Amazon Catalog

Hi @KJ_Amazon , @Micah_Amazon, @Connor_Amazon

We purchased a wholesale lot of merchandise from a name brand recognized globally and Amazon removed the listing from the catalog - reason being " suspected of being a noise cancellation device for a seat belt".

This has zero electronics, there must be something in the listing page that is triggering the AI and we have no help to figure this out, in addition we are not allowed to edit the page since we did not create the listing.

Anyone have ideas of how to reinstate a listing in this case ? we spoke to account health , seller support & catalog team.....little to zero help

Posting the link to the PDP would be helpful, so others can take a look.

Do you have a notification from Amazon? If so, post that.

Do you have a Letter of Authorization from the brand that is "recognized globally" allowing you to sell their items on Amazon?
