Account Sales after reactivation
Good evening,
I have recently had my account reactivated after being suspended due to issues with my US account, these issues were all sorted out but i was deactivated for 5 days straight. My account since being reactivated has been very stagnant and my sales are pretty much non existant, before the suspension i was averaging 10-15 orders a day (organic and sponsored) now im doing 1 a day?
My impressions used to be around 30 - 40k a day via advertising and now im struggling to get 4k impressions a day.. what has happened to my account? Has the suspension affected my algorithm that much that i pretty much have to start again on the platform?

Probably you're experiencing the Buy Box issue that people have been raising for the last couple of weeks on the forums. Take a look at some of the threads and see if their complaints match your experience.
I do know that in the past some people have mentioned that after getting their account reactivated (or even coming back from holiday mode) it can take time for the listings to all start showing in searches on the front end. If you've been back active for at least a week, I would think it'll need intervention on the Amazon side to fix, if this is the problem.
