GPSR Safety Document

Has anyone actually had a document approved?

If so would you consider sharing the headings/content/topics submitted as every one we've done has been rejected and Amazon don't tell you why.

Thanks,

Hey,

Are you actually wanting to ship electrical items from the UK to EU ?

If not you can create a Shipping Template that excludes Northern Island. Any ASINs assigned to that Template will be sold in GB only and will never be exported to NI or the EU. In turn the ASIN then complies with General Product Safety Regulations and Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016: Great Britain.

It is my understanding that because the ASINs can only ship from GB to GB all EU regulations and Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016: Northern Ireland are no longer applicable to the ASIN.

I hope this helps.

I have looked at one today that has been updated.

I have a green tick and the word approved and then underneath it it says your document has not been approved.

What a shambles this is.

You couldn't make this stuff up. All my listings have been updated and show in the 'archive' file as complete - no further action required. Now I'm being bombarded by 'Action required: Provide GPSR compliance information.' emails for the listings that have been approved.
