My Account got linked with another account

My account got linked to unknown deactivated account, I have no relationship, No information of that account. but I was enjoying the services of the third party. I appeal to Amazon accordingly and provided them Agreement with third party, Termination letter with third party and also all related invoices and bank statements. i have also changed all information on my account which i think related to the third party. I am no longer using their services. After appealing to Amazon many times still my account got deactivated. can you please help me in this regard.

I've been dealing with the same thing for over a year now. Amazon is saying that I have some connection with a Canadian account. They want proof that I am not affiliated with this account, but if there was never an affiliation, there is no way to prove otherwise. I've written letters and correspondence to account health and have gotten the same AI canned response. As a result of having our Canadian account deactivated, we cant make any changes in our US account. I wish you luck with getting through to them.

Another reason to stay away from 3rd party services, from apps to VAs. The upside is almost never worth the downside of potential account suspensions.

i don't understand. My competitor is running at least 5+ accounts using the same address selling the same brand. In fact I even figured out their business and found their website using the same address they use on Amazon. I'd argue it's definitely possible:)
