Hello everyone,

I've managed to get stuck in some sort of insane loop - I created a listing for a supplement, but there was no ingredients field at the time of creation for some reason.

Now, the listing is de-activated because it has no ingredients, but is impossible to edit because I just get the error message 'You need approval to list this product.' when trying to update it as requested by Seller Support.

I've told them numerous times that I can't edit the ASIN due to that message, they say appeal, tried that, appeal deied because it's got no ingredients field and I need to add one...it's one endless, crazy circle which seems impossible to resolve. I've sent screenshots of what's happening etc, but no-one, after what must be 10 attempts by now is reading what I'm saying, they just keep saying the same thing over and over again, edit the listing to add ingredients.

I'D LOVE TO IF I COULD!!

Any ideas please before I go completely mad?
