Fulfillment center mislabeled my product for a new listing

I recently experienced a really awful experience with FBA shipping. They relabeled my products even I specify seller provide label while creating shipment. The worst thing is they mislabeled the product and send to my customer. It's a brand-new listing and I'm getting feedback and reviews all complaining about the wrong product is shipped.

The good thing is FC said they fixed the mislabeling issue but I haven't get a chance to confirm since my listing has a really low rating and even has a very poor health score. No one is buying it anymore. I asked our seller support to remove the review and feedback because of the customer received the wrong product which is caused by FC mislabeling. But they said they can't do anything about it. I'm tired of hearing sorry from them even they agree that's Amazon's fault.

Should the seller take all the loss? I have 200 units sleep in the warehouse paying storage fee and more on the way. What am I supposed to do with them? Will anyone buy a product with all reviews saying the seller shipped wrong product? Will my listing still have impressions even I have a high return rate and a lot of negative customer feedback?

I took a further look into your case 16018173201 and do see that Seller Support is actively working with the proper internal team on this situation.
