Item sent to wrong customer address
Hi,
I have a customer who has complained after the parcel was delivered to their old address (the address they provided), they are requesting me to send another to the new address or refund them.
Any advise on what to do? Surely Amazon wouldn't back the customer on this?
Thanks

Advise them that the address that was supplied for the delivery was the old address. They will need to go and collect it.
Now...if the customer opens an A-Z claim of item not delivered - its likely they will win. You can appeal, but in general, if there is no signature, you wouldn't win an A-Z.
All you can do in the event of an A-Z claim is present all the evidence. Any proof of delivery and the messages from the customer showing they selected their old address.

Frustrating this - I get a few of these a week - unless you have a proof of postage to the address given, Amazon will refund the customer.
