Does going over your Cancel Rate add on Promised Delivery Days?

Our cancel rate went to 3%

Now its back under 2.5%

But since then, we are seeing 4 extra delivery days added to our entire inventory.

Our On Time Delivery Metric is above 90% and only showing 0.2 days added.

Is there something else going on at Amazon or did this cancel rate to 3% (for 1 day only) trigger something and I'm being punished.
