If a food supplement pre-market notification is already done by another company/seller, and product is available for sale on Amazon (FR, ES or IT), can other company/seller just list it and sell without supplying a proof of pre-market notification to Amazon?

Did you check your doubts with Seller Support ? As far as I know, when you are applying to sell a specific category, you will be asked to provide certain documents, and it doesn't matter that another Seller provided the same document and the ASIN is already listed. However, I would like you to double check it with Seller Support.
