I can't get permission to resell it.
Please help me.
My product was removed due to a "complaint about product condition - expired".
However, it is a newly renewed cosmetic product (new JAN code).
The renewed product was also introduced on the official website.
The manufacturing date is written on the bottom of the cosmetic bottle.
The fact that this date is the manufacturing date is also introduced on the official website.
And yet, even though I submitted these facts, I am not allowed to resell it.
I was told that this does not prove that the product is not expired.
For newly renewed products, even the oldest ones are less than six months after the manufacturing date.
The official website also states that the expiration date of cosmetics is three years.
I have submitted this information, but I keep getting the same response and they will not resell it.
What on earth should I do?
Please help me.
Thank you.

"I can't get permission to resell it."
"The renewed product was also introduced on the official website."
"The official website also states that the expiration date of cosmetics is three years."
You are asking about RESELLING it and talking about the website and the official website.
I don't see anywhere that YOU own the brand or the website or the product!
It appears that you are doing RA and are buying from the website and attempting to sell it on Amazon.
If that is the case, consider yourself lucky that you are not already permanently suspended!
INVOICES are required as are (more and more) an actual LOA from the brand.
HINT #1 -- VACATION MODE -- NOW!
HINT #2 -- SELLER U -- NOW!

HINT #3 -- Start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.
For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to get suspended on Amazon.
BEFORE even trying to start selling, ask yourself these questions --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE that you need verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those gray market sellers touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" and assure you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

Hello @Seller_IJILKTzVVNaOk,
Thank you for posting on the Forums.
My product was removed due to a "complaint about product condition - expired".
However, it is a newly renewed cosmetic product (new JAN code).
The renewed product was also introduced on the official website.
The manufacturing date is written on the bottom of the cosmetic bottle.
I see that you would like some guidance on how to resolve an expired product complaint successfully.
For the situation you have shared, you will have the option to acknowledge the violation, explain where the confusion originated and provide what corrective steps you have implemented to avoid confusion in the future.
When filling out the questionnaire, there is a selection for product labeling and a further selection that the product has a manufacturing date as opposed to an expiration date. From there, you will select which corrective step you have taken to avoid this confusion in the future and upload proof of the updates you have made.
If the selections you make fully address and solve the original issue, your appeal may be accepted. Can you share which options you have selected for your appeal so far?
I suggest to review the following help pages as they pertain to this topic...
-Expiration-dated product attributes
-Expiration dates on FBA products
I look forward to your reply and assisting you form here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
