Hello

I am trying to reach to us marketplace in order to solve the problems my account has but i cant even open a case from the platform because my US marketplace has just vanished. The team told me to do some identity verification and if there is more information needed they would reach out to me. That was the last thing i have heard from the team and then my marketplace just vanished and it says that i dont have acces to ''merchant id'' so i cant do anything.

I have emailed selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com but yet to recieve a response.

Is there anyway to reach the US support??
