Hi, I basically have a variations listing that has worked for years but suddenly it’s stopped working. I’ve had constant emails from amazon support saying “we’ve forwarded this and will contact you if we need anything” but I haven’t heard back from them at all with anything that will help me. It’s losing me a lot of sales and I am a sole trader that relies on sales to pay bills etc!

Only one of my variations shows up under my listing; I’m unsure whether it’s to do with Amazon’s new branding system (that’s the first thing customer support said but they did nothing to help me). I am a handmade seller without a brand currently, all the other variations (that are not showing up on the parent) are showing as “generic”. The parent and one of the variations are showing as the name I sell under as the brand name. I cannot manually change this brand name myself for some reason. I don’t know if it’s an error I made when I first created the listing, that only now has become an issue?

Can I fix this myself? Or do I have to wait even longer?
