Urgent removal of feedback

A customer had stated I had misrepresented a book and put up a fraudulent advert saying a book was signed by the author and was a specially number copy. I most certainly did NOT do that and have sent him a message stating this and showing him the description which was put in with the book. No response.
I have tried again to contact seller support but the message is booted back by the AI robots within seconds saying it's answered and case closed which it hasn't been. I have tried to get this removed using the Feedback Removal system but keep going around in circles. I can send photos of the order sheet through Amazon to show I did not state the book was signed or specially numbered. However as it may have buyer's information I think this should be done in a private message. Would you please help me.
