Hi,

I bought stock from Amazon, I'm trying to sell some brand like Phillips, Tefal, Uten..., but I'm being denied or being asked documents I don't know where to find, could anyone help?

Thanks

You cannot buy from Amazon to resell on Amazon. You need to buy from wholesalers/distributors, and need permission from the brands.

Even if you were allowed to sell these on Amazon, how would you be able to compete on price with Amazon itself?

You might be ok to sell them as 'used like new' but Amazon rules forbid the selling of new goods bought retail, even if they are physically indistinguishable from new goods bought via recognised wholesale sources.

Yes there are lots of people on the net advocating retail arbitrage (RA) and many are currently getting away with it but it's likely they will eventually come unstuck, as witnessed by numerous posts on here.
