I recently started selling on Amazon, and I'm having a problem with the monthly fee for the professional plan, it didn't deduct from my credit card, apparently this is affecting my account so I can buy box products, even though they offer the best price and much more shipping. fast.
Can anyone help me please, I tried contacting support but it wasn't resolved, I don't know what else to do

Not quite sure I understand all of your post ("so I can buy box products"?)
The monthly fee will just be entered as a debit against your account balance. Then, at the time of your scheduled payout, if you have a negative balance, that amount will be charged to the card you have on file.
You must have a valid credit card on file -- not a debit card. Although Amazon will charge anything owing to that debit card, the debit card won't allow you to use your selling account.

You "recently started selling on Amazon" ... how recent ? You are not eligible for the buy box as a new seller. There is a vetting period of i beleive 90 days - have you crossed that threshold yet ?
