Amazon Buy Shipping is a joke!

This is becoming a joke now at this stage, 4 orders this week have either been lost or just not delivered when buying shipping labels from Amazon buy Shipping. I know it is a Royal Mail problem, but it never happens when I buy my postage directly through Click and Drop. Then again if I do that I get penalised on account health. Going round in circles and losing orders every week now at this stage. I post personalised greeting cards A5 using 2nd class with Amazon buy shipping and they insist on buying it through them or my ODR is affected. I have tried to speak with chat support and you all know how that goes, reading from a screen and passing the buck to Royal Mail as per usual. Why can't we just buy direct from Click and Drop??? and not have our account health affected. Disgraceful in my opinion.

”I know it is a Royal Mail problem” - why?

”Why can't we just buy direct from Click and Drop”- unless you are sending letters, you can, not a problem. We do.

This is becoming a massive issue for us too. I am getting 10-20 emails a day!! who i believe may be playing the system.

We send over 300 letters a day. I cant see a way around this unless i inflate my prices and post all my mail through our linked CRL business account and send via 48 Letterbox. Does anyone else have any recommendations

Using fully tracked 48/24 services thro C&D we have not had lost or not delivered items for months. We charge a shipping fee to be able to do this, it does affect sales but we get almost 100% hassle free shipping

I don't understand. Why do you have to charge shipping to be able to use C&D? No need whatsoever. I have free shipping and use C&D for all my parcels.

hello I had this exact problem, I sell cards and use 2nd class letter post through Amazon shipping. I went from 1% lost letters in peak time to 8%. I complained and they said they would look into it. Nothing has officially happened but been ok since then, got through Father’s Day ok. But 2 of my customers said they’d had a message from amazon saying there was a problem with delivery but they’d received it. So imo amazon has a glitch in their system with untracked shipping and dishonest buyers are taking advantage. I did claim through Royal Mail and got some money back though (eventually…)

The issue is coming from Amazon as they are sending messages to customers that their order may be lost at there is no tracking.

Have had the same issue. Buying postage from amazon for royal mail 1st and 2nd class large letters, Items not arriving or arriving late after customer has been refunded. Now my seller fulfilled items are deactivated and amazon want delivery confirmation on these orders. I have provided this but my appeal keeps getting rejected.
