Fake counterfeit complaint

A brand Owner accused me of counterfeit and also filed an IP complaint in Amazon which ended up having my account deactivated! I reached out directly to the brand owner and he told me the problem was my pricing so they decided to remove me from the listing filing a fake counterfeit IP complaint! Come on!. He LIED to create the IP complaint. Afterwards he sent me a capture of the Complaint retracted by him on Amazon but my account is still Deactivated and Amazon won't respond back to me, I can't get a call from them either.

What does this mean "We've received your payment..."? You paid this person to retract the complaint?

Upon review of your case, it looks like the review has been completed and the process of reinstating this ASIN has begun.

It's 3:54PM but the account hasn't been reactivated yet. I already opened a case but they won't reply back. I guess I have to wait and be patient

Please note that the reinstatement may not take effect immediately but the process should be completed within the next 1-2 business days.
