PRIME METRICS ON TIME DELIVERY

Hello to all!

As we know, PRIME eligibility requires an ON TIME DELIVERY rate at or above 93.5%.

This past weekend, we received two orders on a Friday. The orders were to ship to a commercial location, closed on Saturday, yet it had a promise delivery date for Saturday.

This of course, was not possible, all the options would result in a Monday delivery. Because of this, we have these two multi-unit shipments that are being counted against our metrics and have made us fall below 93.5%.

How can this be addressed? We do not control that it was a commercial location that is closed over the weekends.

Is there anything that can be done?

Can this be looked into? If the buyer is shipping this to a commercial location closed over the weekend and Amazon says it has to deliver over the weekend, that is not reasonable. Is there anything that can be done to exclude these two orders from our metrics? Please advise. We have had PRIME eligibility since 2018 and are finding the requirements unreasonable. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, we would like to remain in good standing with our eligibility.

I see that you have concerns with 2 orders that have affected your On-Time Delivery Rate and you would like to have this reviewed.

So that I can take a look, can you please provide me with the associated order ID's? If you have any case ID's in your account about this concern, please also share them here so I can review the details.

I am looking forward to your response. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
