Product missing in FBA Shipment

first shipment WE sent forty eight units to amazon FBA (MAA- Chennai) warehouse , but in inventory its showing only thirty nine units received, we case log this to the customer service they are telling only thirty nine units received during shipment, and no response

second shipment we sent twenty eight units but in inventory its showing only twenty six units , two units missing again we case log to the customer service , no proper response still now, what about my missing products, who will replace it, who will bare my loss, each product is very expensive ,each and every time we losing thousand of money in FBA Shipment, we don't to what to do? we have videos and photos proof , for everything while packing the items to FBA, even Challan

is available, all bills are available along with me, but we cannot do anything , please help me to recover my missing units, we will be losing trust & assurance on Amazon seller , nowadays

why Amazon not taking action on such kind of stealer . we are trusting Amazon and sending our expensive products to FBA, at end of the day only disappointments.

anyone pls me to recover my missing products, or compensation from Amazon

same happened me experienced twice, each item worth 20k per piece. first time loss of 2 unit and again this week loss of 2 more units, reported as less unit received, for which we have all evinces submitted. its good to set up own system than FBA looking at the theft getting common. we can give discount to customer thats better but wont send to FBA i had planned multiple SKU for festive sale, but this demotivate us to trust anymore.

Same thing happened with me. 60 units of my product misplaced and no one is answering anything. Seller Support case closed saying, 60 units short received.

Moreover, those 60 units were placed in one single carton and same can be seen in CCTV that the carton is dispatched.

Still we can't do anything.

Never expected such kind of activities in Amazon.

It is same with everyone, and even the Amazon people seem to be involved in this scam, since there is no action that is being taken by the seller support hence warehouse people are stealing inventory from packages and showing it as missing shipment. Hard to believe the Amazon management isnt aware of this thefts by warehouse people at the warehouse that is going on. It seems they are just ignoring this and sellers are being made to pay for these losses.

SHIPMENT ID - FBA15JG7415Y.

They are saying only received short quantities and about 8000 RS value shipment units lost. In One shipment 8 units and other 7 units. They are stealing the products for sure and amazon giving standard reply.
