Need Help Changing Amazon Vine Enrollment Quantity

Hello, everyone!

I'm a new seller who recently launched a product on Amazon and enrolled in Amazon Vine to gather initial reviews. When I enrolled, I mistakenly selected the option for 0-2 products for reviews. I would like to change this to allow up to 10 products but can't find the steps to do so on the Amazon Vine page.

Currently, my enrollment status shows “# units of enrolled - 2” and “awaiting reviews.” If anyone could guide me on how to change my enrollment from 0-2 products to 10 products, I would greatly appreciate it! Happy to bear the enrollment costs for these 10 units.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Amazon selling is simple. Sell products that buyers want and need and sell them at the lowest price, and they sell themselves.

Using the Vine program to obtain reviews may not have any effect on your sales. Before a potential buyer can read your reviews, they have to find the listing out of the millions on the Amazon site.

Your title is far more important than any reviews. Is your title short, 3-5 words, and directly to the point. Can you go on the Amazon site as a buyer and type in a couple of word's and find your product instantly? If not, fixing that problem will yield much more that the vine program.

Buyers who use the Vine program may or may not leave a review. Remember, they would not have purchased your product had it not been for free.

Leave it at 2 and see how it plays out.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. I am not certain if there is an ability to update the quantity once selected. Have you tried to reach out to Seller Support on this yet to see if they can look into this from their end?

I'll hang tight here for your reply.

Had the same problem. Amazon agent basically told me "too bad" with no other resolutions. Very poor service from her end but not everyone can be great at customer service. And yes reviews do help new listings. People buy based on reviews and ratings. If you have 0 stars and an identical competitor product has 5 stars off 3 reviews, your product will not be picked.
