Add to cart button is not displayed

Hi! I have listed my first product on amazon as FBM and as a buyer amazon is not showing add to cart button on my product even my product is in stock! have no cancellation no late shipment no bad review have professional account Pictures are of good quality and clear price is normal with other sellers account health is 200 as Its my first listing and nothing is sold yet so no bad health

As a new seller and launching a new product in my account as generic I don't feel any problem by my side because nothing is sold yet how can my account face such problems these problems are concerned with the product which is already sold but mine isn't sold so why add to cart button is not displayed ???? I am very disappointed with amazon service as I have launched a product and the main button the add to cart button is not displayed why??? I don't find any issue in my listing or in my product there should be a technical issue by your side which I want you to check its a humble request and if there is a problem from my side please do let me know the problem as well as its solution so I can resolve I am asking for the solution because I am new here and don't know much about amazon settings etc please resolve my issue as I am totally dependant on it

Are you referring to the "buy box" or the add to cart? If you are a new seller, you won't be eligible for the buy box and if there is no ad to cart button and only a see buying options button, that means no one has the buy box.

You can also check if your product is eligible using the following steps:

  1. First, ensure seller eligibility (see help page).
  2. In Seller Central, go to Manage Inventory page and then click Preferences.
  3. Select Featured Offer eligible and, at the bottom of the page, click Save changes.
