Account under verification
Hi,
I asked to change my company details as the old one was dissolved. I have been informed that it would takes 15 working days to verify my account, but this time has already passed by and they do not have an estimated end date. I am on FMA, my products are inactive and my funds are on hold because of this verification status. I have send severals emails but notting so far.
I do not know what else to do. Would anyone have a suggestion please?
