Amazon account deactivated due to fradulent or illegal activity
I recived an email from amazon that that your account has been deactivated due to invlovled in illegal or fradulent activity. Even I haven't done any listing or selling on amazon. I created my amazon account in 2023 and i haven't done any activity that is listing or selling on my account. And I uploaded the bill,appeal and national identity for verification but it is rejected. They are telling that we have reviwed your documents but we does not have enough information to remove the voilation.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
As this is a rejection notice, it would appear that they have made a final decision on the situation. At this stage we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome of if the account is eligible for reactivation.
With these situations we will commonly require both identity and supply chain verification. When providing information for identity verification we will require all information be in the original account owners name and related information. Utility bills will be required to show proof of residency at your registered address, you will also need a government issued photo ID including front and back in color. You can review our seller identity verification page for more information on utility bills and their requirements.
As for the supply chain review, I know you mentioned not having any activity, however the sale of products in this situation is not required. If you listed ANY products in the account, we will have record of this and will require invoices for all listed products, if the products were associated to intellectual properties or other brands, we will require a letter of authorization to verify you have been authorized and are an approved distributor of these brands.
Please keep in mind as noted above, this is a final decision based off your notice, although we may still review information provided to verify if it confirms compliance, but if we do not receive new or verifiable information we may not respond further.
