Why do cancelled and repurchased labels affect VTR
Every now and then I print a label on buy shipping and when its packaged it weighs more. So i cancel the label in amazon and purchase another - still through Buy Shipping. All the same day so dispatched on time and customer receives on time. The order shows the new label tracking information. Yet the VTR is showing down because it shows the order with the first label printed - even though its was cancelled within an hour and has a correct tracking label in the order. Tried to contact Amazon support but the associate couldn't answer me and just kept saying its ok as still over 95% but that isn;t the point - I wanted to know how to do this to not affect VTR

Keep reporting to amazon so they sort their programming out or weigh the item after packaging.

I have cancelled and repurchased a number of lables for various reasons and I don't remember them affecting VTR.
Having said that, I always weigh packages after they have been packed though I have made the odd mistake.
I recently entered the weight of a small parcel as 1 gram instead of 1 kilogram though due to RM's crazy banding, it didn't affect the price...
